After the course, what resonated with and impressed me most was “Creative Breathing.” With the angry breath, for the first time I experienced regression and recollection together: a past-life memory and 1 current-life memory unfolded simultaneously. I saw myself torturing 1 girl in a past life; this person is my father in this lifetime. At the same time, I “relived” an unjust and deeply haunting beating my father gave me when I was around 17. The dominant emotions were anger, resistance, then helplessness, injustice, and outrage. My breathing was short, rapid, strong, and hot. During this same meditation and breathing session, I discovered something interesting about the breath. After the angry breathing, as I gradually calmed down within the meditation, I felt the inhalation passing through my heart become very deep, long, and full. Observing it, I silently counted inhalations sometimes lasting up to 20 seconds. Perhaps the breath of stillness in my heart helped regulate the anger. Later, I tried again and found that breathing “through” the heart really was very deep and long, helping me concentrate better.
Over the past week, I felt much calmer. Many things happened that could trigger negative emotions, but I felt more stable. On one occasion, my father had been drinking and deliberately said things to upset me, even falsely accusing or scolding me, yet I did not react. When it became intense and relentless, I felt some anger, but breathing calmed me again. Afterwards, I truly felt compassion for his ignorance. I respect his journey and soul's choice. I know a time will come when he, too, can face, work with, and purify these memories, just as I now have the chance to face the ugliness and darkness within myself. Increasingly, I understand the universality and inclusiveness the teacher teaches. The more I practice, the more courage I have to face myself and everyone else.
May the light reach everyone, including me.
I did not place too much emphasis on verification this week, but still spent much time observing and training my mind. Lessons come every day. I reflected on each event and saw that this past week I trained patience and perseverance well. I had the opportunity to harvest the results of half a year of care and cultivation. Looking at the vast green garden, I remembered the early days when I almost gave up immediately because of so many difficulties. Yet with the qualities of someone seeking the light, I made an effort every day. I treasure the current results and more clearly experience the great lesson of this lifetime, the lesson of angel #7 Achaial's quality of patience. When everyone had reasons and their own affairs, I still worked alone, little by little, with humility and patience, without anger. My former self would probably have reacted badly. Every breath and deed contains a “quantum particle” of surrender, calm, and humility from a soul that knows it still has much to learn and practice.
Discovering the suitability of the breathing pattern as it passes through the heart may be the wonderful blessing I received after the course. It helps me observe and correct myself better.
With quantum testing techniques, I find that when I am “transparent” and unified, I trust the results more and find them correct. I recognize 7 Dog Paws, but sometimes feel interference. I feel “hesitant” to use quantum muscle testing techniques. Perhaps when testing through muscles, my will is still involved and I am not transparent. I learned and used a pendulum about 4 - 5 years ago, but in class I felt I learned more accurately and clearly understood what to avoid when testing. For important decisions, I think I will use dreams for transparency without interfering factors.
When the Teacher taught us how to use a pendulum to check chakra health and heal chakras, I had an opportunity to practice with my husband. For ease of measurement, I tried chakra 6. His third-eye chakra was blocked (the pendulum rotated backward). I sat down and quickly performed the hands-of-light activation procedure. After checking that there was energy between my 2 hands, I invited him to sit in a chair. I rotated backward to cleanse. I did not have time to count because I moved my hand quite quickly and was concentrating the energy, but I rotated for a long time, many times, probably reasonably close to the 200 rotations the Teacher instructed. Then I rotated forward to heal, focusing on the 2 small suns in my 2 palms and on the intention to help cleanse him. At the end, I checked again with the pendulum and saw it now rotated forward. When I asked what he felt, he said he sensed something, some kind of energy, a tickling sensation.
On the evening of day 1 of the course, I visited a younger cousin who had undergone shoulder surgery for a fracture. I asked permission to support them, and everyone welcomed it. This was my first time using hands of light to support 1 other person. I am very careful with each step of evolution at Soulcoach. I felt my family “welcoming” my journey, for which I am grateful.
My younger brother was receptive too. He put down his phone, lay still and relaxed, and breathed as I instructed. I sat in a chair and performed the Hands of Light activation process. Since I am new to practicing, I always check the energy. Only after ensuring my hands were ready (energy between the 2 hands) did I offer support. I used 2 different processes. The first was rotating counterclockwise for purification and clockwise for healing. The second brought Source energy to heal the wound. Between the 2 processes, I checked the energy of the 2 hands; finding it still sufficient, I continued. I practiced with a pure intention and full concentration on my brother's shoulder. I saw a golden energy halo around his broken bone. My body felt intensely hot. After the process, he lay still and relaxed, as if ready to fall asleep. The next day, my aunt called to say he reported less pain. During the past week, he has been able to attend school and take notes. My mother also thought he was recovering quickly. Perhaps his youth (18 years old) also supports recovery. I do not know how much I helped him, but while performing the processes I truly held a sacred intention and focused effort to support him. I was not seeking a “miracle.” Within me there was only 1 intention: to support my brother as well as possible so he could recover quickly and continue studying in his final year, preparing for graduation exams. Just last night, when his dressing was changed, the nurse near our house also said the wound was recovering very well and had begun healing, with new skin growing. May good things come to him so he can fully complete his learning journey.
Every step on the Soulcoach journey, I walk in blessings, sincerity, and gratitude. I see the Teacher's teachings appear in nearly every moment of life. Whenever I face an object, phenomenon, task, or decision, a teaching or the Teacher's example appears, helping me stay closer and truer to right aspiration and true Dharma. Thank you for the blessing of being the Teacher's student “again,” so I have a “boat” to the shore of awakening.
