1. Eating Meditation—Turning Meals Into Healing Rituals
- When eating, pause for a moment. Look at the food and direct your attention to it. Say to yourself:
- “May all this food transform into a source of energy that heals every issue in my body – mind. I eat not only for myself but also for the spirits within me, for the entire universe within me. I eat so that the God within me can experience everything.”
- Then gently continue connecting and speak to the food:
- “We all come from the Source. We return to the Source right now.”
- And then begin eating with gratitude and mindfulness.
2. Drinking Meditation—Transforming the Energy of Drinking Water
- Hold the glass of water in both hands and gently direct your mind toward the drink.
- Imagine energy from your heart spreading into the glass of water.
- Feel your heart beating, vividly alive.
- Imagine the energy flow of unconditional love is surrounding the glass of water.
